Here is my mind mapping exercise I'm using to get to my action research question. By tracing where everything seems to be going it seems time management is a direction I'm leaning by using the staff to facilitate what is needed to provide possible solutions. I still need to go through the questions from McNiff and Whitehead plus a few for myself.
